Bushby First National property management team were recently awarded the First National Networks highest accolade of “Chairman’s Circle Award for Outstanding Achievement in Property Management” at the recent National Property Management Conference. Topping 550 offices throughout Australia, this is the second consecutive year the team have won this award. Well done team on a fantastic effort. |

Bushby First National this month were Tasmanian state finalists in the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) awards, held in Adelaide. The office were finalists in three categories; Property Manager of The Year, Large Residential Office & Community Service. Regretfully we were not successful, however being the first year of entering these very prestigious awards, has been an exhilarating experience for all the staff. 2011 here we come! |

Six property managers, one associate director, one director, one 8 person people mover van & numerous Google street maps – that was the scene in Sydney early March when Bushby First National were there for training & office visits. The team spent a jam packed day with leading real estate industry trainer Fiona Blayney & the following day visiting two offices of similar size to ours – McGrath Real Estate & Bresic Whitney. Both of which opened their doors to show us around their premises & system procedures. The team came back to Launceston bursting with new ideas. |
