From May 2010, our rent payment options for tenants, is changing. We are introducing a new streamlined system to ensure rental payments are processed in the quickest & most accurate manner. The three forms of payment on offer will be direct debit (no charge), Centrelink (no charge), or Rent Pay ($3.00 per month plus transaction fee). The tenants will be responsible for payment of any fees/charges, in addition to their rental payment. All other forms of payment will cease. |

You may have already started to receive our new format of routine maintenance reports, condition reports & photos. We have adopted a new format to report to our landlords on the ongoing condition to your investment property. This is to ensure that you are always kept up to date with any preventative, routine or cosmetic maintenance that may need attending to. Your feedback on these new reports would be greatly appreciated. |

They’re very complex documents. And they need to be, to ensure we’re protecting your investment property. We seek 100 points of identification, current local & interstate credit checks & a criminal history check – all before we even process the application. The application form itself asks for current & previous employment, proof of income, loans & expenses, current & previous addresses, ability to maintain gardens, if there are any pets, if they require assistance from Anglicare, four non family member references & next of kin. All this together with a one on one interview with the property manager, is how we process & then submit prospective applicant(s) to you for discussion. Ultimately the decision is yours.
